I enjoyed the compression boots. I walk, hike and bike frequently and my legs can feel achy. The boots made my legs feel light and reduced some swelling around my knees. The shop is bright and staff are very helpful and friendly. Great place, I'll be back!

They offer several different services, including sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy, and compression therapy (which is my personal favorite). I may not be a sauna or cold plunge girlie, but would go back for the red light and compression! Very clean and friendly atmosphere.

I've been suffering with achilles tendonitis for months. One treatment with Wave's compression boots and the swelling has gone done and I feel so much better! I will be back not only for the compression boots, but to try the red light therapy bed, Sauna, and Cold Plunge! LOVE that this is so close to home!
